When is cryotherapy most effective?



My belief is that cryotherapy is most effective as the person needs it.


And it depends on a personal situation, whether they're in needing cryotherapy for pain, they're needing it for general fitness recovery, or they need it for overall wellness.


Let's say someone who's dealing with autoimmune issues, or arthritis, general wellness, that's when it's most effective.
