Does Vibration Therapy help with Arthritis


When we're talking about vibration therapy specifically for, say, arthritis, it helps because how the inflammatory response occurs. It helps get fluid into the joint and moving around so it desensitizes the pain receptors and the mechanoreceptors of the joint. So yes, it can be very effective for arthritis.
